At night, his father was kidnapped by a mysterious villain who stole the serum called RX-51 many years ago, Jessica Miller takes Owen to the Anti-Doom League to meet their boss, Daniel Lancebottom to have Owen as a case to be Undercover Spy to find the villain and stop the villain who is trying to rule the world.
