The film presents memories of her life as recounted by her nurse and caretaker Dolly, and is the only documentary film devoted to this figure. The film contains fictionalized elements, commentary by historians, and scenes shot in places that were important to Daisy, such as Książ Castle and the Castle Museum in Pszczyna.
