This is the story of those privileged few. Do Ji-ui, a plastic surgeon, is assigned to Pyeondong-do, an isolated island no one wants to go to. From the very first day, ominous signs begin to appear. Can he survive a full year on this hellish island and make it out alive—or will the island break him before he can hold the line?
