Not an easy situation, as she has not yet got over the breakdown of her marriage. And she is also challenged as a pastor: Paul Jacobsen, who suffers from dementia, wants to marry his new love and fellow patient. The problem is that he has been married for a long time but has forgotten about it. Franziska tries to do everyone justice and, above all, to support Jacobsen's wife Karin. She also has doubts about her fledgling love for Dr. Antonio Alvarez. He doesn't seem to be up to her patchwork family...
