Baltazar and Ricarte graduated from the same class in Philippine Marine Academy. They even worked on the same assignment right after graduation. But that was the last news they heard about each other until they were caught in an awkward situation. Col. Ricarte is now considered a rebellious while Col. Baltazar is tasked to go after him. Now he has to set aside his personal interest for the welfare of the country.
