He quickly finds a common language with the locals, gives his grandson expensive gifts and captivates him with stories about traveling around the world. Rivalry for the grandson's attention breaks out between the grandfathers - from caustic jokes to open confrontation. Grandfather Yura feels more and more that he is losing, but when a dangerous secret from Viktor's past comes to light, he has the opportunity to get rid of a competitor.
